 Maybe we can make this happen again! Maybe I’ll find the energy to volunteer to work on DW even though I’m not a front-end developer and the codebase scares me, because we’re never gonna have an iOS app so should have better formatting for mobile (I say typing this on my phone, having to scroll three screen widths every line to see what I’m typing).

Hi! We're just in the "getting to know each other" stage, so cliff notes: I'm software support for a pathology and radiology company, I work far too many long hours, I have two cats and a dog and I own my own house, have for two years and am still squeeworthily happy over it.

I'm... working my way up to having energy to actually do stuff again.

That sounds like an intense job — I work in tech also but if my software screws up it just potentially means losing a ton of money.

Yeah, when work or a client says the keywords "Is IMPACTING PATIENT CARE" then sirens start to go off in my mind and I know that I'm going to be working ~12 hour days until it's fixed.
